March 11, 2007 Dance class

Kendall is talking more and more every day, a mile a minute! She also sings a lot more now and definitely has her own opinion on things! She started dance class last Wed., she will be going once a week now, half and hour of ballet and half an hour of tap. She had a ball! The instructor said she was really surprised at how well Kendall did in class. She said she followed instruction and followed right along singing and dancing with the other girls, she was really impressed! Kendall came out smiling! The only down side is that they won't let the parents watch! ( A few weeks later, I snuck back with a few other moms and took a few pictures!) It distracts the kids and they don't listen to the instructor. Makes sense but not what I wanted to hear! At least she is having fun!
Kendall is also doing very well with potty training. She has been going peepee on the potty for some time now, she hasn't had any wet accidents it just the going poopoo on the potty that she is having trouble with. She just doesn't seem to like it. She even tells me when there is a lot going on that I was afraid she wouldn't want to miss, like in church or even at the Wiggles concert. She has been telling me whenever and where ever she is when she has to go. She hasn't even had any accidents when she had to wait a few minutes before we could get to a potty. However, I am hopeful that she is getting the hang of it! Today, she came and told me she had to go poopoo and did go on the potty! I made a big deal about it and we called Daddy to tell him too. I'm sure it is just around the corner before she is completely in control! She only wears pull ups at night! Such a big girl!!

Wiggles Concert February 28, 2007

Kendall had a great time at the Wiggles concert. Grandma & Pepaw took us, Alex and Uncle Darrell to the concert. It was about an hour and a half show of all songs and dancing. Kendall was on my lap, she was so excited, she was bouncing so high it looked like I was doing all of the bouncing but it was all her! The man next to us was laughing so hard at her I don't think he saw much of the show. She was worn out by the end but she and Alex had a great time! Thanks Grandma and Pepaw!
